Sample confirmation
We produce a sample in your chosen specification for approval before the run begins.

Order & deposit
Terms are agreed and the order is confirmed with a deposit, typically 30–50%.

Production
Your order is manufactured through the full in-house process with staged quality control.

Final QC & payment
Goods are inspected against the approved sample and a completion report is issued for final payment.

Logistics & delivery
Insured, tracked export via DHL, FedEx or UPS with certification for every stone.
